Terms of Service
These terms cover the use of the Imperion Digital platform and the purchase of AI subscription packages.
Your account
One Google identity equals one Imperion Digital account. You are responsible for keeping access to that Google account secure.
Orders and pricing
Prices, durations and availability shown on the packages pages are authoritative at the moment an order is created. The price recorded on your order is the price set by our server, not by your browser.
Delivery
Subscription delivery timing depends on the service and package. The status shown in your history reflects the real state of the order.
Acceptable use
Subscriptions must be used in line with the rules of the underlying AI provider. Abuse may lead to suspension by that provider, which is outside our control.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the platform grows. Material changes will be announced on the site.
