Refund & Payment Policy

This page covers how payments are confirmed and when a refund may apply.

Payment verification

A payment is only marked as Paid after it has been verified on our server. We never display a successful payment based on what the browser reports.

Payment gateway

JIXA PAY is being integrated as the payment gateway. Until it is live, orders can be created and tracked, and payment stays in a Pending state.

Refund eligibility

If a subscription cannot be delivered, the order is marked Cancelled or Failed and any verified payment is refunded. Refunded orders show a Refunded payment status in your history.

Timeframes

Refund processing timeframes depend on the payment gateway and will be published here once JIXA PAY is live.
