Subscription Information
Every purchase creates a subscription record with its own lifecycle, separate from the order and payment records.

Subscription states
A subscription can be Pending, Active, Expired, Cancelled or Suspended. The state shown in your account and history is the state stored on our server.
Start and expiry dates
Start and expiry dates are set by our system when the subscription is activated — never typed in by hand and never set from the browser.
Renewals
Subscriptions do not auto-renew. When a subscription expires you can buy the same package again from the packages page.
Provider rules
Each AI provider has its own usage rules. Suspension by the provider for rule breaches is outside Imperion Digital's control.
